Set within a territory marked by a strong ecological and agricultural presence, the project emerges from a deep and attentive dialogue with the site and its natural and regulatory constraints.

The intervention is guided by an approach of respect and continuity — continuity of the topography, the vegetation, and the quiet practices of the landscape. The construction, rooted in a pre-existing structure, preserves its original position and is extended by a new volume that gently adapts to the terrain with sobriety and delicacy.

The green roof acts as an integrating gesture, dissolving the architectural object into the slope’s morphology. Beyond its thermal and environmental functions, it reinforces the visual continuity of the landscape, promotes biodiversity, and allows nature to extend over the architecture — as if it had always belonged there.

The materiality draws on elements of the local geography — granite stone, timber — and combines them with exposed concrete, introducing a contemporary yet quiet architectural language. The result is an architecture that is grounded, robust, yet serene, engaging in a dialogue with both time and place.

This proposal does not seek to impose itself, but rather to amplify the experience of the place. Its volumetry and construction solutions do not aim to stand out, but to belong — preserving the integrity of the landscape while gently revealing its natural structure.
