We are pleased to share that the project Vila do Bispo Museum – Barn of History has been distinguished with the Architecture MasterPrize, in the Cultural Architecture category.

The intervention emerges from the preservation of the site’s identity, through the reinterpretation of the former granaries and the addition of a new volume that, in a clear and restrained manner, establishes the main entrance to the complex. The balance between formal continuity, chromatic abstraction, and the presence of a pigmented concrete element anchors the museum within its territory with clarity and a sense of permanence.

This recognition reinforces our commitment to a form of public architecture that is attentive to memory, collective use, and its relationship with the landscape.
