How we work

Every project begins with a deep understanding of who will live there, of the territory that receives it, and of the matter that builds it.

We follow a clear path, structured in stages that ensure continuity of the initial gesture, technical coherence and integrity of the original vision.

The process

Discover the stages of the project

  1. Initial meeting with the client

An in-depth meeting where we discuss the functional and material aspects of the house.

From this conversation the brief is defined — the script that guides the design process.

  2. Preliminary design (PD)

Based on the brief we develop the preliminary design.

It includes 3D visualisations (interior and exterior), plans, sections, elevations and model. We present the PD only when the whole is coherent.

  3. Planning and permitting

After the PD is approved, a lead architect is appointed as your main point of contact.

We prepare the documentation for submission to the municipality: first the architectural package and, once approved, the engineering and building services packages.

  4. Construction documentation

Here the project becomes your home.

We detail construction and comfort solutions (envelope, windows and doors, HVAC and climate control, lighting, materials and built-in furniture) and validate them with you in meetings. We deliver drawings and written documents — technical specifications and bill of quantities — so that contractors can price, you can compare proposals and keep control over the build, reducing the risk of overruns.

  5. Site supervision

Once construction starts, we maintain a technical presence through regular site visits.

We clarify questions, follow the execution and ensure that every decision respects the project. We remain available by phone and e-mail throughout the process.

Recognition and distinctions

The commitment

The project is the first investment within the greater investment of building a house. The more care and depth we bring to its development, the clearer the decisions become and the more controlled the path to construction is.

We work closely and continuously, accompanying every stage — from the first brief to the construction site — to ensure that the built house corresponds to what you imagined and can be lived in with calm and confidence.

Questions we are often asked

Do you always work on the full project process?

Yes. We only work with complete processes that include all stages — from the first meeting to site supervision. This continuity ensures coherence, clarity and durability in the final result.

How long does a project take?

The timeframe depends on scale, complexity and the administrative procedures involved. We always ensure a structured path where each stage receives the time it needs to be developed with rigour and depth.

How do you supervise the construction phase?

We maintain an ongoing presence on site at key moments in the process. We follow the execution to ensure that every decision respects the gesture defined in the project, preserving spatial coherence and material integrity.

How do you define your fees?

Fees reflect the time, dedication and complexity that each project requires. They are defined only after a meeting, when we understand the brief, the scale and the conditions of the site.
