The architectural object now proposed is based on a game of overlapping volumes that adapt to the topography of the site in search of a formal and functional balance from which results its internal organization. This relation between the volumes allows us to extend the interior spaces to the outside taking advantage of the cover of the lower volumes that are treated here as accessible terraces.
Functionally the building presents tripartite with the services distributed along the different levels allowing a quick and easy mobility of users and employees, among its different levels. The services, common to the whole building, are located on the middle floor thus making the distances to travel equivalent, regardless of the floor where the user is located.
The entrance floor is the middle floor of the building, where the social, administrative and functional areas of the building are located, and vertical communications for distribution to the floors below and above respectively.
From the entrance level, the building develops an upstairs floor and a floor below the threshold level. The lower floor despite being below the street level, takes advantage of the topography of the place and opens to the surrounding landscape allowing not only explore the local landscape but also ensure easy access to the outside from any of its interior spaces.
The floor above the threshold, the first floor, is generally intended for rooms, which have direct access to the outside, to the terrace that extends on the floor of the ground floor.
The present proposal thus seeks a strong relationship with the local, seeking to minimize its impact on the landscape, while seeking to take advantage of all levels of its privileged location, giving its users a constant contact with the outside.
